PITAYA
Hylocereus undatus
£9.50 – £19.00
Hylocereus undatus, better known as the Dragon Fruit plant or Strawberry Pear, is a unique cactus. Its chunky stems are upright as they emerge but start trailing and growing aerial roots after reaching 20-30cm. The stems can grow up to 10m but can be pruned to maintain desired size, and the cuttings root easily.

Description
HYLOCEREUS UNDATUS CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
It is a fairly low-maintenance cactus that does well if not overwatered and gets enough sun.
– Soil: well-draining soil.
– Sun exposure: The Dragon fruit plant needs plenty of sun, so choose a sunny windowsill that gets good morning or afternoon sun.
– Watering: Water them regularly but allow the dragon fruit to dry in between waterings, as it will die if it gets too much water.
– Hardiness: They are not cold hardy and can tolerate short periods of frost, but prolonged cold will damage or kill the plant.
